How fast it took you to return on track from the crisis?
One of the most obvious consequences of coronavirus has been the massive rise in the number of people working from home. Some lessee have terminated the contracts, but these days we have also new lessee and demands for coworking.

These days things are starting to get back how they used to be because we have implemented safety and health measures. There is optimism that coworking spaces will see increased demand during the months coming out of the pandemic.
What are your predictions for short and long term for your company?
Short-term effects are already apparent, the utilisation of coworking in the COVID 19 crisis has fallen by 14% compared to pre-pandemic levels, and at the same time demands for private office has risen by 10%. As lessees return to their offices, business continuity and operational resilience are top priorities and since flexible space is fast and easy to acquire, companies are likely to turn to flex solutions to support portfolio reductions and cost-saving strategies during this time of economic uncertainty.
The recent outbreak of COVID-19 is affecting everyone’s lives, the coworking industry is no exemption.
