1WHAT IS INCLUDED WITH RENT OF DEDICATED DESK?
Coworking space include fiber internet, office furniture (desk & chair), locker, utilities, housekeeping, kitchen, use of two meeting rooms, multifunction printer, phone booth, vending machine, lounge space, and 24/7 access to the office and service of OUR HUB office manager.
2WHAT IS YOUR INTERNET SPEED?
OUR HUB offers 100 Mbps fiber. WiFi can be used in the common areas as well as in coworking space. There is no extra cost or IT setup fee for internet.
3DO YOU HAVE A MEETING ROOM?
Our coworking space encourage communication and meetings. We have two meetings room, one for 4 people and the other one for 10 people. Each room has projector or screen and whiteboard. For OUR HUB members use of them is free. Members just need to book meeting in calendar.
4COFFE, TEA or WATER?
We provide our members access to a full kitchenette that includes also a use of vending machine with card that they get from and also use free is use of filtered water from water cooler.
5WHAT ABOUT TRAFFIC, IS THERE NOISE IN YOUR AREA?
OUR coworking space is located quite area in Banovo brdo and is good if you do not like crowded area and the accessible location will save you time spent in traffic jams. An additional advantage is the good connection between city transport lines. Car parking is zone-free.
6ARE THERE ANY RESTAURANTS, CAFES OR PARK AREAS NEAR?
There are many cafes and restaurants and park Košutnjak is 5min and Lake Ada is 15min by foot.
7HOW DO PHONE CALLS WORK?
We have phone booth that members use for long phone calls.
8CAN I BRING MY EXTERNAL MONITOR?
Yes.
9IS THE BUILDING DOG-FRIENDLY?
Our buildings do not accept dogs, due to possible allergies of other clients in the building.
